Ethical Brand Ventures, Inc. sends only user-requested, one-time account verification codes. It does not use this messaging program for marketing.

Reviewer note: The live account setup screen is protected by the unique activation link sent to the user's verified email address. This public evidence page documents the same choices and exact SMS disclosure without exposing a working message form. This public evidence page never sends a text message.

Complete opt-in flow

  1. Open the secure email link

    The user opens the account activation link sent to their email address.

  2. Choose a verification method

    The user may continue with the verified email link and receive no SMS, or independently choose SMS verification.

  3. Confirm the number and actively consent

    The mobile number receiving the code appears directly above the dedicated, unchecked SMS checkbox. The Send code button remains unavailable until the user selects the checkbox.

  4. Request one code

    After consent, the user selects Send code. No message is sent merely because a mobile number is stored on the account.
